How to redeem codes (five painless steps)
1) Launch the game and log in.
2) Open your character’s in-game phone menu.
3) Tap the three-dot icon next to your name.
4) Choose “Redeem Code,” paste the code into the box, and confirm.
If the code is valid you’ll get a confirmation and the items will be sent to your in-game mailbox (the mail system unlocks after finishing the tutorial and arriving in Hethereau). Pro tip: claim them from your mail quickly — they can expire.
