How to redeem codes — the easy way
You can redeem codes either on the web or inside the game. Both are quick; pick your poison.
Redeem on the website
1) Log in with the same HoYoverse Pass account you use to play. 2) Choose the server region that matches your account. 3) The Character Name usually auto-fills. 4) Paste the code into the redemption box and confirm. 5) Claim your rewards in-game via the mail inbox. Done — enjoy your free stuff.
Redeem inside the game
1) Open Honkai: Star Rail and sign in. 2) Tap the Phone menu in the top-right (in-game UI may change, but its usually obvious). 3) Tap the three-dot button next to your character name and choose Redeem Code. 4) Paste the code and press Confirm. 5) Rewards appear in your in-game mail.
Pro tips & rules
Codes are typically single-use per account — once redeemed, theyre gone. If you play on multiple accounts or characters, make sure youre logged into the right one before redeeming. Also, devs love surprise drops during events, streams, and anniversaries, so be ready to smash that redeem button.
