How to redeem codes — the breezy version
Before anything: your account must be Adventure Rank 10 or higher to redeem codes. That’s the only hard gate — everything else is pretty chill.
Redeeming on the web (classic method): sign into the official Genshin Impact account center with the same HoYoverse account you use in-game, pick your server and nickname, paste the code into the redeem box, hit redeem, and then open the game to collect your reward from Paimon > Mail.
Redeeming in-game (handy and fast): open Genshin, go to Settings (gear icon) > Account > Redeem Code, type or paste the code, tap Redeem, and then check Mail to fetch your goodies. Instant gratification — or very close to it.
Important notes: codes are one-time use per account. If a code says it’s for everyone but won’t redeem, it’s probably expired or region-locked. Try different codes if one fails.
