Early in a metagame, it is tough to be creative as the best decks tend to be super popular and oppressive. With Kai'Sa pushing several strong decks, and Bard Illaoi making a return, the metagame is defined by those 2 midrange juggernauts. The arrival of Kai'Sa, Gwen and Evelynn in Legends of Runeterra had some mixed impact on the metagame. On one hand, Kai'Sa has been a juggernaut in the early days, pushing several decks with Demacia, alongside Sivir, Akshan or even as a solo champion. Although she is slowly losing some win rate as the rest of the environment adapts to her most popular decks, it is undeniable the Kai'Sa is now a staple of the Forces from Beyond metagame.
