2023
The biggest thing to happen to LoR in 2023 could be rotation, a concept in other card games where old cards are phased out (usually into another “eternal” non-rotating format) to keep the meta fresh. Early sets such as Rising Tides may be rotated out, but the Foundations set may be kept permanent. We’ll keep you posted as we know more!
- More LoR-exclusive Champions
- New ways to play, including Rotation
- Balance adjustments
- More Expansions
- Stay tuned for more!
Furthermore, Dave Guskin, the Executive Producer & Game Director of Legends of Runeterra will be holding an Ask Me Anything (AMA) session to go into more detail regarding the future of LoR.
